at the ranch

Still trying to figure this blog out. I erased your comment Rachel while trying to post to blog. UGH.

I am taking a lot of pictures of Juan Ramirez. He works on the family ranch and does just about everything around here. He's so gentle with the horses and they love him. Yesterday he was working with a philly, it was only the 7th day he started working with her. He was coaxing him and whispering in her ear. When we asked Juan what language he was using when talking to the horse, Juan replies without skipping a beat, "japonese" (in spanish) ahaha. He cracks me up.
